ShoreTel has many partner levels of which Certified Orange is at the top.  Certified Orange Partners are top tier resellers focused on selling, installing, and supporting ShoreTel IP Unified Communications systems nationally and globally, while maintaining world-class customer satisfaction (CSAT) levels.  Kidwell most recently attained this certification which will allow us to better serve our customers.
